The Chef behind the Food 

 

Hello and Welcome to MealThyme Affair! First of all, I would like to thank you for stopping by and taking an interest in my business. I've been cooking since I was 5 years old...I know, I know, everyone says that...but I really have! I was born and raised in the Walla Walla Valley on a farm just outside of town. I graduated from the Oregon Culinary Institute in Portland in 2008 and I haven't looked back since! I had the privilege of landing my DREAM job as the Executive Chef at Green Gables Inn here in Walla Walla just two short years after finishing school. I had the rare opportunity to be fresh out of college and run my own kitchen. I got to create my own menus and was challenged by our guests' dietary restrictions daily...I loved every minute!  For seven years I cultivated my breakfasts, dinners and sometimes lunches into something the guests at Green Gables came to truly love. Now, my experience at the Inn and my continued love of food has sparked the creation of

MealThyme Affair!  

I have a wonderful husband (Eric) and three amazing little boys:  Graham, Grayson and Garrett. Every one knows life changes and I'm excited to see where my new business takes me and my family.
