Week 2 (Delivery July 8th)

1.  Rack of lamb Braised in a Verde Sauce served with new potatoes and asparagus.  

2. Grilled Pork Chops with Potato and Fennel Hash. Finished with a Hard Cider Dijon reduction.  

             3. Gnocchi a with creamy pesto, zucchini, sweet onions and sugar snap peas.

 

Week 3 (Delivery July 15th)

1. Braised Beef in a fresh tomato sauce with parsnip and squash medley.                   

2. Roasted Chicken and Wild Rice Pilaf of cranberries, orange zest and celery.

3. Grilled Salmon with a creamy lemon dill sauce and baked carrots.

 

Week 4 (Delivery July 22nd)

1. Green Curry and Chicken with zucchini, onions., and carrots. Served over basmati rice.

2. Summer Grilled Vegetables with a lime, honey and cilantro dressing. Served over a bed of cous cous. 

3. Blackberry Balsamic Glazed Chicken with lemon rice pilaf.

 

Week 5 (Delivery July 29th)

1. Butternut Squash, Penne and Chicken Bake

2. Vegetarian Lasagna with Ricotta and Spinach

3. Pork Steak with Tomatillo Sauce. Served with a corn, black bean and quinoa hash.
