June Menu 2020
Week 1 (Delivery June 3rd)
1. BBQ Pork ribs and baked beans. Topped with a raspberry BBQ sauce.
2. Zucchini Rolls ups with spicy Italian sausage and marinara.
3. Chicken Tortilla Soup with corn, sour cream and cilantro. Topped with crispy tortilla shells.
Week 2 (Delivery June 10th)
1. Summer gnocchi skillet with snap peas, corn, tomatoes and zucchini All cooked in a lemon and herb butter sauce.
2. Stuffed Manicotti with Spinach and Ricotta Cheese.
Topped with a spicy marinara and mozzarella cheese.
3. Peach Glazed pork loin served with a caramelized onion and roasted potato hash.
Week 3 (Delivery June 17th)
1. Jamaican Jerk Chicken with cous cous.
2. Seared Flank steak with bleu cheese and onion cream sauce with mashed cauliflower and potatoes.
3. Sautéed shrimp with onions and peppers. Served with flour tortillas and fresh cabbage slaw.
Week 4 (Delivery June 24th)
1. Orzo pasta with tomatoes, artichokes, spinach, feta, and basil. Topped with a lemon olive oil dressing.
2. Italian Sausage and Zucchini Casserole
3. Spicy Thai Noodle Bowl with cilantro, carrots, onion and chicken curry meatballs.
